1. All cancellations or changes to your booking must be made in writing via email or fax at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date.

2. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date will incur a penalty charge equal to one night's stay.

3. No-shows or early departure will also incur a penalty charge equal to the full amount of your booking.

4. If your booking was made through a third-party website, please refer to their cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge any cancellation fees directly to the credit card used to make the booking.

5. If you have booked a non-refundable rate, please note that the full amount of your booking will be charged at the time of booking and no refunds will be given for any cancellations or changes.

        We understand that sometimes plans change, but we kindly ask that you please inform us as    soon as possible if you need to cancel or make changes to your booking. This allows us to           

  better accommodate our other guests and ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay with us.
